Wanted to explore Dunedin and this hotel was brilliant base for doing it. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Venue restaurant is NICE. This hotel met all required needs!

walking distance to attractions, including forsyth barr stadium. located 900 feet from the hotel, vanguard was a good choice to eat. the location was not far from everything we wanted to do. welcoming staff and cleanliness met the purpose.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Zucchini Bros that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Room met all required needs. Hotel is a useful base for a vacation in Dunedin.
